Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Parlay, including parlay.run, the Parlay dashboard, documentation, and Parlay MCP tools. By accessing or using Parlay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Parlay.

Service Scope

Parlay provides read-only prediction-market research tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The current MVP helps users search, discover, compare, inspect, scan, and summarize market information across supported venues and data sources.

Parlay does not provide order placement, custody, wallet services, brokerage services, exchange services, investment advisory services, tax advice, or legal advice.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use Parlay in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Not Investment Advice

Parlay provides research context, source links, and AI-readable market data. Parlay does not recommend whether to buy, sell, hold, hedge, speculate, or rely on any market outcome. Prediction markets can involve financial, legal, regulatory, and settlement risks. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with applicable laws and venue rules.

Data Sources and Source Attribution

Parlay may use public, partner, and venue-provided data sources, including Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless, Manifold, Opinion.trade status information, PMXT, and other source-linked market data. Source availability, market wording, settlement rules, timestamps, and data quality can differ by venue.

You may not remove, obscure, or misrepresent Parlay source attribution, venue names, source URLs, or caveats when redistributing Parlay outputs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Parlay for unlawful activity or to violate venue rules
• bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, or access controls
• scrape, bulk download, cache for redistribution, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt Parlay or its providers
• submit malware, secrets, private keys, or highly sensitive personal information
• misrepresent Parlay output as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
• resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially repackage Parlay access, API or MCP outputs, source-linked data, or derived datasets without written permission
• use Parlay to facilitate gambling, trading automation, order execution, or individualized investment, trading, betting, legal, or tax advice
• use Parlay to build abusive, deceptive, or harmful automated workflows

Plans, Payments, and Refunds

Free, Pro, and Team plan limits are described on the pricing page. Paid upgrades are enabled only when the payment flow is available.

Stripe may process paid subscriptions, checkout, invoices, payment status, and refunds. You authorize Parlay and Stripe to process applicable charges for the plan you select.

First-time Pro subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of their first Pro payment by contacting support@parlay.run. This 14-day first-time Pro refund is available once per user or organization and does not apply to Team, custom contracts, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or accounts terminated for violating these Terms. Additional refunds may be provided where required by law.

Third-Party Services

Parlay depends on third-party services and data sources, including Stripe, Cloudflare, Neon Postgres, PMXT, prediction-market venues, public APIs, MCP clients, hosting providers, and authentication providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. Parlay is not responsible for third-party services, outages, data changes, or venue decisions.

Intellectual Property

Parlay, including its website, documentation, brand, software, tool schemas, and generated service content, is owned by parlay.run or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from Parlay except as permitted by law or written agreement.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Parlay a limited license to process that content as needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Availability and Changes

Parlay may change tools, plans, quotas, supported venues, data sources, pricing, and documentation at any time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service. Beta or MVP features may be incomplete, unavailable, or changed without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Parlay or others, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in an abusive or unlawful way. You may stop using Parlay at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

Disclaimers

Parlay is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, parlay.run and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses related to market decisions, venue outages, data errors, settlement disputes, or third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless parlay.run and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Parlay, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires another forum.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Parlay after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
